Features and Benefits
Bridge reamers are heavy-duty tools designed for enlarging and aligning holes for rivets. Ideal for use in the construction of structural steel assemblies, bridge and ship construction.
Morse tapers refer to a a series of shanks that taper at the end so they can be mounted onto the spindle of a drill press or lathe. They can be quickly removed during an operation. The taper is approcimatly 5/8 inches per foot.
Straight flutes are the most common and are used in general purpose though-hole applications. They are used for reaming holes without interrupted cuts.
High speed steel (HSS) provides good wear resistance and can be used in general purpose applications for both ferrous and nonferrous materials.
