Minature radial ball bearings are ideal for spall apces and low friction applications. They are used in areas where there is low opperating torque and with bore and outside diamater tolerance ranges of +0.0000" to -0.0002".
Double shield refers to two shields, one on each side of the bearing. The shield is located on the outer race does not make contact with the inner race. Ideal for very high speeds, but does not prevent smaller contaminants from entering the bearing. They are more economical than seals.
Round bore bearings are designed for mounting on round shafts.
